Our Advertising Budget is around $500,000 per month. This budget is spent on varied forms of advertising such as: Television, Yellow pages, Shopping Centre Displays, Radio, Direct Mail, Telemarketing, and of course, this web site.
70% of our jobs are attributed to referrals and signage!
As a consequence a large proportion of our budget is put aside as an incentive for people to be a part of our Display Home campaigns
This Involves
- Having our sign at your home for 12 weeks
- Clients to take before, during and after photos if required for advertising
- Selected homes are placed on a Display Home list
- A letter of referral on your satisfaction of the completed job.
If you are agreeable to these conditions then the conditional discount applies. A limited offer applies due to our budget at the time and the funds available - due to some owners being given greater discounts for prime locations, signage for longer periods or greater before and after effect, these can change on a daily basis.
